He is a graduate of University of Cukurova with a degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics in Faculty of Medicine. He also was involved in professional scientific investigations. He has interned in different research centers and hospitals.He worked for more than six months in The Scientific & Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK), which is one of the biggest Research Centers in Turkey. He has also worked in the Molecular Biology Department in "SANKO Medical Center" in Gaziantep as an his internship, Turkey, which emphasizes experimental analysis at multiple levels of biological organization, from the molecule to organism, as well as computational biology, functional genomics and system biology. With those experiences he has gotten 3 published articles which can be found on PubMed.
On his spare time, you can find him playing a game of chess, computer hardware.
He is quite a fan of the sciences especially statistics. In fact, he has been awarded with the "2004 and 2006 Best Science Web Portal Reward" by Microsoft. He created three series which were among distinction.
Mesut now calls New York City his home where he finds himself filled with. |
